Hola All!! 

Me being a mom, there is only one thing in my mind that is my kids !! Having a special requirement for his dietary needs, my heart and soul are always focused on improving his health and making Gluten-free food tasty for him.

Yes, it's difficult to make gluten-free food, especially bread as they don’t have the elasticity which wheat flour has, which makes the bread soft and taste better. And the second thing is to take care of the contamination, even a single molecule of gluten could cause harm for a lifetime.

So here I, a parent to a celiac child, am going to write 26 gluten-free recipes for every celiac, to savor tasty gluten-free every day, easy homemade food to help you through your celiac food journey.

The Gluten-Free Diet continues to trend in popular culture and the media, and more people are restricting gluten from their diet.  A gluten-free diet provides health benefits for anyone with celiac disease or nonceliac gluten sensitivity. People restrict gluten from their diets for a variety of reasons, including improvement of gastrointestinal and non-gastrointestinal symptoms, like irritable bowel syndrome.
