                                   Missing the gluten-free Biscuits…. Now no more !!



Yes, earlier my son D did miss eating on the biscuits with milk. Though so many options are available in the market, none suited his taste bud.  Here I have the easiest recipe for soft, buttery, and tender gluten-free biscuits, for all to enjoy.

Ingredients

Gluten-free Maida: 80 grams (I use wheafree Maida type replacer)

Powdered sugar: 30 grams

Butter: 50 grams

Method

Mix everything to form a dough.  Dust the counter with gluten-free Maida and roll the dough to ¼ inch thickness with a rolling pin. Cut with different shaped cookie cutters to get the shape of your choice and then gently squeeze the dough back and repeat the process.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the cookies on an oven tray and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Enjoy the tastiest gluten-free Biscuits you have ever had!!!

Light and fluffy!!!
