Chap gluten-free (soya sticks)

Chap Gluten-Free (soya sticks)

The tandoori soya chap available is lip-smacking and perfect for party snacks. It is rich in protein and a great alternative to panner. But it's not gluten-free homemade and healthy.

So, let's make it gluten-free and enjoy!!

Ingredients:

Soya bean dal:1 cup

Wheafree Maida type binder ¼ cup

Water

Method

Soak the dal overnight.

Grind the soaked dal and transfer the paste to a big pan.

Make a dough of the ground dal by adding the gluten-free Maida.

Roll the dough with ½ inch thickness and cut into long strips with help of a cutter.

Take an ice cream stick and roll the strip on it.

Boil 5 cups of water and add these chap sticks and allow to boil for 10 minutes

Transfer them to a bowl filled with cold water and keep them for 5 minutes.

Gluten-free chap is ready, keep them in an air-tight container in the freezer. These can be stored for 20 days.

Prepare it tandoori or in gravy, it will be a real outburst of flavors.
