Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona coffee
D is in love with this Dalgona since last year and can now prepare it himself now. This viral and super trending whipped coffee is so easy to make and delicious! And yes, gluten-free... so, let’s get started
Ingredients:
¼ cup Nescafe coffee
1 tbsp. sugar
3tpsp water
1 cup full cream
milk
Ice cubes
Method:
Add coffee powder
and sugar in a glass, add water, and whisk with help of a beater in one direction.
Continue beating the mixture until it turns creamy and frothy. It will turn light
in color. After 8 minutes the mixture will have a smooth silky texture. This is
the Dalgona.
In a tall glass add
ice cubes and fill ¾ of it with chilled milk. Drop the Dalgona over it slowly
and spread uniformly to spread over the mouth of the glass. The rest of the Dalgona can be used later.
