Potatoes glazed over honey chili sauce are one of the most
irresistibly delicious, addictive sweet and spicy appetizers. Honey chili
potatoes are nowadays the best served at many parties, but not a treat for
celiacs. so I tried this recipe at home and D just loved them. So, let's get started to help you treat your loved ones with these
crispy Honey Chili Potatoes.
Ingredients:
Potatoes 500 grams
Salt to taste
Gluten-free Maida replacer (wheafree) 3 tbsp
Rice Flour (homemade) 1 tbsp.
Corn Flour (Wheafree) 1 tbsp.
Oil for frying
Garlic 5 cloves

Capsicum 1 chopped
Soya Sauce 1 tsp(tops)
Red chili sauce 1 tbsp (Asia Thai)
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp (Kissan)
Spring Onion 1/2 cup

Method:
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Wash them properly to sieve
the excess water. Transfer these to a bowl. Sprinkle salt, add GF Maida, rice
flour, and cornflour, and mix well. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes on a
medium-low flame. Until they are crisp.
In a separate pan sauté the chopped garlic, onion, and
capsicum. Add the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and red chili sauce. Finally, add
the spring onions and the fried potatoes. Switch off the flame. Plate them onto
a serving platter and dazzle the honey all over the dish... and it’s ready to
