Kulfi !!!! great combination and D can eat it every other day. Even in winters, he asks every weekend. so, I prefer to make
it at home so that he can enjoy it with all the taste and no contamination
risk. So, let’s get started…
Ingredients:
1-litre full cream milk
1/3 cup
sugar
¼ cup Almonds crushed (you can add mixed nuts
like cashew, raisins)
Method:
Bring the
milk to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. let the milk reduce to 1/3 of its
volume. Add sugar and crushed nuts.
Let it cool
completely.
Pour into
kulfi molds and refrigerate for a day!!
And it’s ready!!!
