Dalgona Coffee

Image
Dalgona coffee D is in love with this Dalgona since last year and can now prepare it himself now. This viral and super trending whipped coffee is so easy to make and delicious! And yes, gluten-free... so, let’s get started   Ingredients: ¼ cup Nescafe coffee 1 tbsp. sugar 3tpsp water 1 cup full cream milk Ice cubes Method:   Add coffee powder and sugar in a glass, add water, and whisk with help of a beater in one direction. Continue beating the mixture until it turns creamy and frothy. It will turn light in color. After 8 minutes the mixture will have a smooth silky texture. This is the Dalgona. In a tall glass add ice cubes and fill ¾ of it with chilled milk. Drop the Dalgona over it slowly and spread uniformly to spread over the mouth of the glass. The rest of the Dalgona can be used later. And it’s Ready!!!   This is my D for Dalgona coffee in BlogchatterA2Z April 2021 in Gluten-Free Made Yum By A Mum. Besan Ladoo Gluten-Free

Image
Ladoo Gluten-free In India, much of the food is gluten-free, but the problem is contamination. People here have less idea about the amount of bad effect even a molecule will do on the celiac. So, it’s better to make the food at home without any contamination, tasty and safe. Besan laddoos are not one of D’s favorite but my family loves it. So, let’s get started… Ingredients: Besan: 2 cup (wheafree) Sugar: 1 cup (powdered) Ghee: ½ cup Method: Roast Besan in ghee in a large pa on low flame. After 20 minutes, when Besan starts to release ghee and turns golden brown, turn off the flame. And let it cool. Add roasted nuts if u like, I like the laddoos simple without any nuts. Add powdered sugar when the Besan is cool and mix well. Make small sized laddoos and it's Ready!!! Enjoy… This is my L for Ladoos in BlogchatterA2Z April 2021 in Gluten-Free Made Yum By A Mum.
